Email Header Analyzer
Paste raw email headers to trace the delivery path, check SPF/DKIM/DMARC authentication, and spot delays between MTAs.
Analyze email headers
Paste the full raw headers from a message. The analyzer unfolds them, walks the Received chain, and surfaces SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and authentication results.
When you need this
- A user complains about a delivery delay. You need to know which hop stalled.
- You’re diagnosing why DMARC failed on a legitimate message.
- You’re investigating a phishing report and want to see the true source.
What the analyzer does
- Unfolds multi-line headers into single logical records.
- Parses
Received:chains and reconstructs the delivery path in order. - Computes hop latency between consecutive timestamps.
- Extracts SPF / DKIM / DMARC results from
Authentication-Results:. - Lists every header so you can eyeball the full set.
Where to get the headers
- Gmail — open message → three-dot menu → Show original.
- Outlook.com — open message → three-dot menu → View message source.
- Apple Mail — View → Message → All Headers.
Paste the entire block from the first header line to the blank line before the body. The analyzer ignores the body, but leaving it in won’t break anything.

Parsing runs entirely in your browser. The headers never leave your device.
